The Hole Card Problem

You give a spectator a sealed envelope. You hold a second envelope. Inside this second envelope, you say, there are five cards - a Royal Flush in Spades. A spectator shouts out the name of any one of the five cards: Ace, King, Queen, Jack or Ten. You cleanly open the envelope and tip out the five cards. One of the cards has its centre missing - leaving a large hole. The spectator holding the sealed envelope opens it and tips out the missing centre piece. This fits the hole in the freely named card.
